Transition-Plus holds weekly “Peer to Peer” meetings to help address these areas
Transition-Plus is a ministry at Bay Harbour United Methodist Church dedicated to serving veterans and service members. Challenges may be related to emotional, personal, work related, spiritual, PTSD, or any other issue.  Anyone who served at anytime at any location during any era are welcome.   Attendance is free

 Next meeting is on Thursday Evening

Every FridayFREE Veterans Legal clinics from 1:00pm until 5:00pm at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center in Houston, 1st floor

Every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month - "The Safe Area". A veteran peer-to-peer group that meets from 7-8:30 pm on the second floor of Faith Hall, St. John's Episcopal Church La Porte, Texas

Every 2nd Wednesday of the month - Lone Star Veterans Association Pizza Social at Roma Pizza in League City from 6-9 pm.

Oct 6 - Veteran empowerment organization Changing Hearts and Minds Program (CHAMP) and Sailing Angels Foundation is sailing from 10am - 12pm. FREE event for Vets and their family members, seating is limited so please email to RSVP at alix.investments@gmail.com by Wed Oct 4.

Nov 3-5 - Kemah Boardwalk Salute to Military Service - Discounts, displays, activities & patriotism!

Nov 4 - Read Across Texas: The Veterans’ Experience at Helen Hall Library in League City from 2-3pm.  Help put together CARE packages together for our troops from 3-4pm.
